2022 Annual Meeting of Shareholders

MGE Energy thanks shareholders for attending this year's virtual Annual Meeting, held Tuesday, May 17, 2022.
 
Shareholders learned about the company's recent investments in renewable energy and new technologies, and its partnerships with customers as we work together toward carbon reductions of at least 80% by 2030 and net-zero carbon electricity by 2050.
 
Chairman, President and CEO Jeff Keebler also discussed the company's continued efforts to facilitate the electrification of transportation as one of MGE’s key strategies toward deep decarbonization.

Jared Bushek, Vice President - Finance, Chief Information Officer and Treasurer, discussed the company’s strong financial performance and best-in-class credit ratings, which help to enable the ongoing clean energy transition and other investments.
