MGE Energy Shareholder Services is MGE Energy's co-transfer agent, dividend paying agent and Dividend Reinvestment and Stock Purchase Plan administrator. Located in Madison, Wisconsin, we are ready to assist you with your registered* stockholder account.

Available services include:

• Record keeping - We maintain the Master Security Holder Record for all registered* holders, which includes records of ownership, dividends, reinvestment and direct stock purchases.
• Stock transfer - We will process your requests for legal registration changes, gift transfers, and transfers of ownership, providing forms and instructions.
• Direct stock purchase - Shareholders and others may purchase MGE Energy common stock through the company's Dividend Reinvestment and Direct Stock Purchase Plan.
• Share sales - When you tell us, we will sell shares that are held in your Direct Stock Purchase and Dividend Reinvestment Plan account.
• Electronic Deposit of Dividends -Upon request, we can deposit your quarterly dividend directly into your checking or savings account.
• Dividend reinvestment - Shareholders may reinvest their dividends in additional MGE Energy common stock through the company's Direct Stock Purchase and Dividend Reinvestment Plan.
